What You Need to Know
Nice to meet you! After months of hard work, I’m thrilled to invite you to explore my final portfolio, and get to know a bit more about me. When I’m not showing off my work, I’m a competent student, and a curious explorer. I’m passionate about reading and learning new skills. I’m an addicted Gonzaga basketball fan, and love spending time with my close friends. I hope you’ll enjoy my projects - would love to hear your feedback!

Gonzaga Education
An Insight to Holistic Learning
To have a communication studies degree from Gonzaga University means that I am prepared and adequate in my understandings of concepts such as gender inequality, power struggles, racial tensions, social justice and other abstract ideals that construct our society. Though there is always more knowledge to be acquired, I feel as though my degree in communication studies gave me the foundational understandings of these concepts and experience working with each of them to enter the workplace with a unique skillset that emphasizes diversity, equity and inclusion of all in every setting.
My education at Gonzaga shaped me as a person because it helped created a holistic and well-rounded version of myself through the Jesuit education system. Gonzaga has changed my values and commitments beyond belief. Every singular class I have taken at Gonzaga, including my CORE classes, are intentional about being rooted in the Gonzaga Mission Statement, specifically in working towards service for the common good. It challenged my own personal beliefs, and taught me how to think outside of myself.

I intend to go forth and be a leader and servant for the common good by devoting my life career to doing such. My goal of becoming an attorney gives me an opportunity to incite real and rooted change. I will be the first to admit that the legal field is flawed and has room for improvement. While it has its overall struggles, the legal field has the power to protect and progress our society through legal legislation. As I step into a professional role in the legal field, I will carry all that I have learned at my time at Gonzaga with me. Working to be an intentional and diverse individual that will use my identities and knowledge to diverse the legal field to be representative and protective of all.
